Bucket List

About a year ago I bought a small notebook and started a bucket list. Over a year later, I haven't even finished coming up with 100 things for my list, but that's okay. I wanted a balance of small things mixed with extravagant things. I'm trying to keep it realistic. So far I have come up with 70 things for my list and I have completed...2 things. Maybe 3.

I was lucky enough to cross my first achievement off my list after traveling to Utah for Shandice's wedding. Physically placing a check mark next to "#51- Travel in Style" was fantastic. I wrote in my notebook all about the experience of flying Business Class so I'll never forget it.

I may or may not finish all of the things on my list before I die, but I think the most important thing is that I have a list. A list of 100 thinks that will bring me joy. A list that I can look to for inspiration. A notebook full of memories that left me a happy girl.

I'm so grateful that I live a happy life. Of course I've felt heartache and very real pain, but at the end of the day I know my world holds people that love me, and people that I love. I've always wanted an adventurous life, and I am so grateful that life has presented the opportunity for me to have it. Even though my journey has taken me far from my friends and family, I can't imagine the alternative. I'm grateful that I found Matt.

I want this blog to be a place where I can look back and recount all my adventures, big and small, not just about Australia. I'll be posting my bucket list here soon, and you can celebrate my moments with me....big and small.

Love, Kelsey
